We started out working with a manufacturer in the US who couldn’t find the right talent for their rapidly growing company. Projects were running late, they didn’t have the right inventory, they were losing sales. We went on a mission to find the right talent, and we found it in the Philippines. We onboarded an office support team for them, while coaching the manufacturer across the end-to-end supply chain. They carefully trained the team, keeping full control.
